Refund policy

Within 14 days after receipt of the order, you have the right to cancel the contract without giving reasons and to return at your expense individual or all items. However, the delivered products must be returned undamaged, unused, functional and complete in perfect original packaging.

After this deadline, Monolith Shop will not accept any returns.

All returns will be checked thoroughly, if a product or the packaging has been opened and damaged, the item will not be taken back and the item will be sent back to you. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the item and any additional shipping charges.

If the item has been returned in a timely and proper manner, you will receive a new invoice from us via email.

If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to you and automatically credited to your next order. If the customer wishes, the amount can of course be paid to a bank or postal account.
