Application:

Step 1. For a gentle blow-dry, start with clean, towel-dried hair and apply a heat protectant like our Mermade Mist.

Step 2: Part the hair with our Grip Clips. Each time, start with the lowest layer of hair and choose the heat level best suited for your hair.

Step 3. Place the oval brush near the hairline and brush the hair away from the head with gentle, twisting motions. This will give you professional volume. Repeat the process for all hair layers and sections. For more oomph, wrap the hair around the brush head and hold for a few seconds.

Step 4. Finish with a shot of hairspray.

Tip: You can also use the blow-dry brush on dry hair to liven up your mane or give it a little more oomph.

Make sure you don't touch your scalp with the tool. Clean the bristles and wipe the device after use to avoid product buildup.

Shipping

Switzerland & Liechtenstein:

For parcel shipping within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, there are no shipping charges for orders over CHF 100.

Below CHF 100 order value, a shipping and postage fee of CHF 7.50 will be charged for B-Post shipping.

If offered, A-Post shipping will also be charged at CHF 8.50.

   

Germany & Austria:

For parcel shipping within Germany & Austria there are no shipping charges from CHF 120 order value, we ship from Konstanz (DE) to EU countries, there are no customs fees and VAT.

Under CHF 120 order value for shipments up to 5KG a shipping and postage charge of CHF 8.50 for DHL shipping will be added.

All shipments are shipped with insurance up to CHF 500 including tracking number.

      

France, Italiy & EU countries:

For parcel shipping within the EU there are no shipping charges for orders over 150 CHF, we ship from Konstanz (DE) to EU countries, there are no customs fees and VAT. All shipments are sent with insurance up to 500 CHF including tracking number.

DHL:

Under CHF 150 order value, a shipping and postage charge of CHF 11.50 for DHL will be charged for shipments up to 2KG. For shipments over 2KG, shipping and handling of CHF 13.50 will be charged.

Non-receipt of parcels:

If, in case of purchase on account, your package is returned to us due to non-collection on your part, the shipping costs will have to be charged.

Rücksendungen

Within 14 days after receipt of the order, you have the right to cancel the contract without giving reasons and to return at your expense individual or all items. However, the delivered products must be returned undamaged, unused, functional and complete in perfect original packaging.

After this deadline, Monolith Shop will not accept any returns.

All returns will be checked thoroughly, if a product or the packaging has been opened and damaged, the item will not be taken back and the item will be sent back to you. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the item and any additional shipping charges.

If the item has been returned in a timely and proper manner, you will receive a new invoice from us via email.

If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to you or, if you wish, automatically credited to your next order.

   

Products for customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein have to be returned to the following address:
